The Fires
within my soul
the burning in my heart
expressions of these feelings
in the form of art......
Be it fires of raging passion
Be it fires of hate or love
the flame burns at my innerself
Be it fires of hate or love.....
It can mean incineration
or fires that fuel ones life
the deminish of so many things
akin to a turning knife.....
Be it fires that burn your fingers
Be it fires that warm your soul
the flames lick at the emotion
but,....what is left
....that is unresolved
